NextGen Properties is an affordable housing business that collaborates with peer support entities to provide housing in conjunction with independent living skill development, financial literacy, and other skills that promote success in a housing setting.

NextGen — Eau Claire
Next Generation Properties, LLC, has moved into Eau Claire. Affordable housing has been an ongoing issue throughout the western region of Wisconsin, and Eau Claire is no exception. The housing in Eau Claire has 3 units that are each appropriate for single families. NextGen requires that tenants be enrolled in Department of Health Services’ programming and eligible for services from peer supporters and mentors. NextGen — Chippewa Falls
Next Generation Properties, LLC, officially started business in Chippewa Falls, WI. The first home has three separate units. Two of the units have two-bedrooms, one of which contains a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room. The upstairs unit can accommodate a single family comfortably.
